I’m an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and personal trainer on a mission to help women connect with and understand what’s going on in their complicated bodies. I teach women how to use whole food nutrition, movement, exercise, self-care, rest, and faith to restore their health and well-being.

For 20 years, I have focused on helping women break the yo-yo diet cycle and restore their metabolism, reduce their waistline, and renew their faith.

 

As a woman, mom, wife, I’ve walked the path of perimenopause and menopause. I know the toll these seasons take on our bodies, mind, and spirit.

 

I have watched too many women crash and burn at the expense of poor health advice. This is why I have invested the past ten years in ongoing health education.
