I’ve learned that achieving healthy goals isn’t only measured by the scale.
While I’ve lost inches, I’ve also experienced improved mood and sleep, less bloating, and better self-care. I’ve learned that I can do intermittent fasting — it helps me manage my calorie target with cleaner, healthy foods. I have fewer cravings for junk food and crave
more veggies.
What I like best about working with Ann is her loving, holistic approach to body, mind, and spirit. I love that she puts Christ in the center of our work together.
